Thanks to a generous grant from the Wakanda Vibranium Distribution Foundation, during our launch and pre-launch, Bamware is offering free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO and FPO will have an additional charge of $5.00 during this period.

We currently only ship to customers in the United States and its territories. (Exception is made for residents of Wakanda).

We wanted to accept Galleons and ryo, but too many people didn’t have those so we went with credits, cards that is.

We hooked up with Pay Pal & Stripe. They take everything which means we accept all major credit cards via Stripe and Pay Pal.

They pick and pack your order with care, love and sprinkles of magma. Then Mercury, who currently works for USPS (that UPS thing was temporary), carries it off! (Or one of his capable assistants if Zeus has requested his presence).

Delivery times vary depending on your location, Mercury’s Zeus assistance schedule, and transit times for the shipping carrier. We primarily use USPS for shipping with delivery times of 5 – 7 days for the US Lower 48.

Deliveries outside of the lower 48 may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please check the tracking information on your account page or contact us for assistance.

Note: Residents of Wakanda should allow an additional 5 – 7 days for delivery.

Although we do not store credit card information locally, our ACME Certified server is protected with an SSL certificate with 256K encryption to protect your Bamware account information.

Our payment processors are the only entities that receive, and store, if you choose that option, your credit card information.

We utilize Stripe and Pay Pal for payment processing. Both have the highest level of PCI-compliant, (a.k.a. bank-grade and not Hammer-tech), SSL encryption and security for your billing information.

We currently only allow shipping to your credit card’s billing address, however, you can use Pay Pal to ship to any of your verified Pay Pal addresses.

We will also be adding Amazon payments soon which will allow you to ship to any address on your Amazon account.

You bet. All of our rhinestone Hero Crystals are lead-free and shine like the stars. They do, however, contain generous quantities of manga.
